Pattern + Push reserves the right to extend the closing date at its sole discretion.

a) All individuals applying to take part in the competition MUST: i) be aged 14 - 25 years on application; ii) be living in the UK as a legal resident.

Pattern and Push reserve the right to change the eligibility requirements at any time. b) You confirm and agree that you comply with all of the Eligibility Requirements. c) If your circumstances change and you no longer meet all or part of the Eligibility Requirements, you agree to notify us promptly by email at info@patternandpush.com d) All applicants for the competition will be assessed at our sole discretion for their suitability to be put forward to the next stage of the selection process and all decisions by us shall be final. We reserve the right to refuse any submitted application. There will be no right of appeal against any decisions taken by us on this or any matter relating to the selection and/or production of the competition. e) You accept that applying to take part in the competition, compliance with these Terms and Conditions, receiving a phone call from a member of the production team, attending an audition and/or attending any recording days DOES NOT constitute an offer to appear on or automatically mean you will be appearing on a recording or broadcast. f) You grant to us all necessary rights and consents to permit us to make use of any information, photographic/video material submitted by you as part of your application for and/or participation in the Programme (collectively referred to as the “Material(s)”) for any purposes connected with the development, selection, production and exploitation of the competition in any and all media now known or hereafter invented throughout the world in perpetuity. You agree that we have no obligation to return any Material(s) to you.

CONFIDENTIALITY

It is important, during the selection process that you keep all information about the competition confidential including all information that we disclose to you, whether verbally or in writing, including without limitation any details about other potential selection, locations, themes, competition format and any other non-public information (“Confidential Information”).

You agree to treat all Confidential Information as being strictly private and confidential and shall take all steps necessary to prevent it from being disclosed or made public to any third party or coming by any means into the possession of any third party and indemnify us against all costs, claims fees and expenses incurred by us for any breach by you of the same.

Unless otherwise terminated by us writing, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect notwithstanding any subsequent termination of discussions or negotiations between us relating to the competition.

CHILD PROTECTION POLICY

Pattern and Push and its partners are committed to safeguarding the welfare of vulnerable groups, including children.

• I do not have any unspent convictions, with the exception of road traffic convictions that have not resulted in a court ordered disqualification; and

• I have never been subject to any disciplinary action or sanction relating to vulnerable groups

MEDICAL DECLARATION

I confirm that I am a fit state of health and am not on any long-term prescription medication and that I see no reason why I am not fit and able to take part in the competition.


DATA PROTECTION

I understand you will be processing the personal data that I provide or have given access to (including that contained in this Agreement) related to/contained in my prospective participation in the competition (a) for compliance or legal obligations; and (b) for assessing my capacity to take part in the competition. I acknowledge that you may need to share my personal data with producers, co-developers, affiliate and/or group companies, Programme commissioners, broadcasters and distributors and professional advisors.I accept that where I have provided or given access to “Special Category Data” that you will or may use this solely for the purposes referred to in this Agreement.

I acknowledge that for the performance of this Agreement together with your Privacy Policy (which is available on request), is the lawful basis that you will rely on to process my personal data for purposes set out here.

I warrant that all of the information provided here is true and provided in good faith.I have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions.I meet the Eligibility Requirements contained in the Terms and Conditions.
